Job Summary:

Oversee implementation of ICTOB’s programs within a specific division or region. Coordinate between senior leadership and on-ground teams, manage partnerships, and use data to improve program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the execution and expansion of ICTOB programs in assigned areas.

- Build and sustain strong relationships with education authorities, partner institutions, and community stakeholders.

- Mentor and manage team members (program associates and officers).

- Use data and feedback to monitor program outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Education & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Management, or related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in education/NGO program leadership or regional operations.

- Proven leadership and team-management skills.

- Experience working with stakeholders and educational organizations.
